Bay Area Consultants Network – In 2002, Bay Area Consulting Group LLC created the Bay Area Consultants Network, which quickly became the largest monthly gathering of independent consultants in Northern California. The purpose of this network is to improve practice and business development success through networking and programs for consultants.
CIO Forum – Bay Area Consulting Group LLC created the CIO Forum to provide CIO’s from the retail industry with the opportunity to meet regularly with their peers to review new developments within their industry, to exchange updates on shared strategic technology issues, and to facilitate sharing of best practices within the group.
Not-for-Profit IT Forum – Building on the successful formula developed over time for the CIO Forum, Bay Area Consulting Group LLC has recently created a second, industry-focused forum for large not-for-profit organizations operating within the Bay Area.
Institute of Management Consultants – An international professional association founded to promote excellence and ethics in management consulting through certification, education and sourcing of professional resources.
